Relatively, it's great value for money! If you have a car and no need for room service:) especially tricky on a Sunday morning, when the adjacent petrol station bar isn't working:( otherwise, very comfy, 5 min drive yo Parma city center, you park your car in front of your room, very clean(because the rooms are maybe being used also"per hour") room decor is accordingly kitschy:) If you can look pass the possible sketchy side of it, a nice place for what it costs... by(on) the highway, close to a gas station:)

Usually in transient motels, you expect the minimum wage... this far exceeded my expectations. 100% discreet, each room has its own adjacent reserved parking, therefore on the ground floor... mini bar stocked in the right way: snacks and baby drinks of some alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Smoking rooms, spacious bathroom with exaggerated shower, perfect cleanliness, well-kept environment with good smell. Welcoming. More than good price. I recommend booking by calling the number privately, if booked via the app, the cost also increases by €40/50 more per night.. a shame.. often even without a reservation the room is available, until late at night.

Very nice and private hotel where you can stay for a few hours or a few days. Optimal cleaning. We got into the car and deposited the documents. Everything appears tidy and clean. Silent and discreet. Optimal comfort and safety. I liked it.
